Bufala milk Mozzarella is carefully selected directly in Italy (Campania region), and is proposed in various retail packages, such as jars and trays from 125g to 250g, in the classic round format (beads, cherries and morsels) or in braids. For the food industries and the catering sector, the loaf format or the classic cuts in 500g trays are available.

Description of the raw material
Bufala milk Mozzarella is a spun paste dairy product made with Italian buffala’s milk, which comes from selected farms. Its appearance is characterized by the pure white color, the smooth surface and the initially elastic and then more melting consistency. Its flavor is enveloping and delicate with a unique freshness and texture on the palate.
The production of our Mozzarellas takes place in the splendid area at the foot of the Regional Park Roccamonfina, dominated by the oldest volcanic apparatus in Campania, immersed in nature characterized by the precious presence of water sources, the same water that besides milk, plays a fundamental role in the creation of a good mozzarella.
