Caciotta

Caciotta is a fresh cheese and creamy paste with a few holes and medium ripeness. It is produced only with 100% Italian bovine and sheep milk. Its seasoning takes place in cool rooms and on wooden boards. We propose caciotta with walnuts, truffles, olives, chilli and porcini mushrooms for an aromatic intensity, all vacuum-packed in a characteristic 180g fixed weight box of balsa.
