Cow’s milk Fior di Latte Mozzarella
Fior di Latte mozzarella is produced exclusively with cow’s milk, and its texture is lighter and its taste less acidic and more delicate than the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO. Fior di Latte mozzarella has a thin film, its paste is creamy white and the texture tends to be soft, elastic and stringy. In addition to the classic round format, our offer also includes cubes and the loaf. The weight varies between 125g bags and 3kg trays.

Description of the raw material
Fior di Latte mozzarella is produced according to the dairy tradition handed down for generations since 1868. Mozzarella is produced like in the past, with natural whey, allowing it to rest for more than 4 hours before spinning. The ingredients are simple: selected fresh cow’s milk and microbiologically pure spring water. Fior di Latte mozzarella from our range is produced in the uncontaminated territory of the Roccamonfina Park (in Campania), skilfully processed and packaged in a practical way for the modern consumer. Fior di Latte mozzarella is ideal for the preparation of numerous dishes, including pizza, where it blends perfectly with tomato and the other ingredients due to its melt-in-the-mouth texture.
