Tradition is important, but who said that it doesn't have to keep up with the time or to improve? That's what we are working on at the department of product development of V.I.P. Italia - we take traditional products and improve them both for consumers and retailers.
The name "1,2,3 MacarMisù" speaks for itself. We haven't changed tirmaisù - the Italian dessert par excellence, but we have only changed its preparation. Instead of preparing the cream with eggs and sugar, we have used mascarpone and cream that give even more pleasantly creamy texture to this dessert. Sponge fingers and coffee complete the classic Italian dessert.
