Description of the raw material
Spinoro is a mature cheese produced in Italy, made with cow’s milk from Italian farms located in the heart of the Po Valley. Spinoro is produced in the Po Valley where the cows are fed with the forage present in the area: this guarantees the production of high quality milk. This hard cheese is absolutely natural and genuine, as it is produced without any type of preservative, using a traditional processing method. It is a cheese with multiple advantages: it is produced using microbial rennet, therefore it is also suitable for consumers who follow a vegetarian diet, a consumption segment that has been growing in recent years. It also has a fragrant and delicate flavour, which lends itself well to various uses and combinations.
